What is the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy or Counseling?

In therapy, the focus tends to be on exploring past experiences to understand the origins of emotions and behaviors, sometimes leading to the labeling of issues that might not actually exist. This approach can inadvertently reinforce negative feelings and behaviors, making it difficult for individuals to break free from them. As a result, some clients turn to life coaching seeking a more future-oriented perspective. During our life coaching sessions, we will emphasize on looking ahead rather than dwelling on the past.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may choose to terminate your program at any time, although it is helpful to give your life coach at least one week’s notice in order to prepare a final session. Ultimately, that decision is yours.
